Vicksburg High School is gearing up for an exciting 2024 football season, following their successful 2023 campaign under Head Coach Christopher Lacey. With a record of 7-4 and a playoff appearance, the Gators are looking to build on their success. The season will kick off with a matchup against Clinton High School in the Red Carpet Bowl on August 30, hosted by Warren Central.
In preparation for the new season, VHS will host Jefferson County in their spring game on May 10, and then travel to Delta State for a jamboree against Cleveland Central on August 23. The team is eager to hit the field and showcase their skills once again.
