Bass Pro Shops and Costco are set to open new superstores in Jackson County, Mississippi, as part of a $200 million development project on the Gulf Coast. The 75,000 square-foot Bass Pro Shops store is expected to open in early 2027, making it the second in Mississippi. Costco will also be part of the new development, named Le Moyne Landing, but the specific details are still being finalized. In addition, a Planet Fitness gym will be included in the project, which is located near the existing Promenade development in D’Iberville, Mississippi.
