Louisiana State Police have arrested Mississippi man Nathan Kirkley in connection with the homicide of Brittany Mays in Madison Parish. Kirkley, 36, was taken into custody on a second-degree murder charge and was booked into the Madison Parish Detention Center without incident. Mays, 35, was found dead on Byson Road in Madison Parish. The State Police are leading the investigation with assistance from the Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office. The investigation is ongoing.
