According to White, Favre currently owes the state nearly $730,000 related to this scandal.
Despite these allegations, Favre has consistently denied any wrongdoing and has not faced criminal charges. He has pursued defamation lawsuits against media figures such as Shannon Sharpe, who criticized his involvement. In October 2023, a federal judge dismissed Favre’s suit against Sharpe.
