Winners of the Northeast Arkansas Outstanding Business Awards Recognized


Talk Business & Politics recently recognized four outstanding businesses in Northeast Arkansas for their impact on the region. The Northeast Arkansas Outstanding Business Awards were presented by Arvest Bank, focusing on employment, community contributions, and inspiring entrepreneurship.

The winners were selected in four categories: large, small, startup, and nonprofit. Engines Inc. received the award in the large category, ARPets Hospital in the small category, Little Lattes in the startup category, and Wings of Honor Museum in the nonprofit category.

Engines Inc. is a family-owned business that packages power products for various markets. ARPets Hospital was founded by Dr. Kristin Sullivan to fulfill a need for veterinarian services in Brookland. Little Lattes, founded by Katherine and Joseph Myer, aims to provide a social space for parents with young children. Wings of Honor Museum celebrates the military history of the region, focusing on the area’s contributions during wartime.

These businesses were honored for their excellence in their respective industries and their positive impact on the community. The awards serve to highlight the entrepreneurial spirit and innovation driving economic growth in Northeast Arkansas. The winners were celebrated at a luncheon at the Red Wolf Convention Center in Jonesboro, showcasing the diverse and thriving business landscape of the region.
