Rescuers in Lithuania are working to recover a submerged U.S. Army vehicle that went missing with four soldiers during a training exercise. The M88 Hercules armored recovery vehicle was found more than 16 feet below ground in a peat bog. Lithuanian Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas expressed support for the rescue operation. Defense Minister Dovilė Šakalienė said she was saddened by the soldiers’ disappearance and efforts are being made to provide medical support.
