Brandon High School has announced the hiring of former Columbia/South Panola head coach Lance Pogue as their new head football coach and athletic director. With a track record of success, Pogue brings over 20 years of coaching experience and five state championships to the Bulldogs. Pogue is excited to join the Brandon family and is looking to build on the strong foundation already in place. The Bulldogs finished last season with a 12-2 record, falling in the state championship game, and with Pogue at the helm, they will be aiming to make another run at the title. Pogue replaces former coach Sam Williams, who recently accepted a coaching job in Alabama.
