The cloud-based system, Amadeus SRM Flex, will provide IndiGo with an intuitive user interface and seamless integration with their existing Passenger Service System, allowing for real-time data exchange and greater operational efficiency.
Abhijit Dasgupta, Senior Vice President at IndiGo, emphasized that this technology will help the airline make faster, smarter business decisions, drive automation, and support their growing network. Javier Laforgue, from Amadeus, expressed excitement about collaborating with IndiGo to maximize revenue opportunities and improve operational efficiencies. David P. Evans, Head of Navitaire, noted that IndiGo’s adoption of this technology marks a significant milestone. With a fleet of over 400 aircraft and more than 2,200 daily flights, IndiGo is committed to continued growth, especially with their order of 500 A320 aircraft.
