Ole Miss guard Sean Pedulla has been named as one of the three finalists for the 2025 Howell Trophy, presented by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and Pearl River Resort. Pedulla, a transfer from Virginia Tech, has been a key player for Ole Miss this season, leading the team in points per game, assists, made threes, and steals. His impressive stats include 14.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.9 steals per game.

The other two finalists for the Howell Trophy are Josh Hubbard of Mississippi State and Daeshun Ruffin of Jackson State.
