Andrea Alford Named CEO by the Arkansas Realtors Association

Andrea Alford has been appointed as the new CEO of the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA), bringing with her years of experience in the real estate industry. With a background in public administration and real estate regulation, Alford previously served as the executive director of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) before joining the ARA.

ARA President Wes Freeman expressed confidence in Alford’s leadership abilities and her dedication to advancing excellence within the state’s real estate industry. Alford’s past accomplishments at AREC include spearheading professional development initiatives and industry engagement efforts, such as the AREC Educator Retreat and various training programs.

In addition to her experience in real estate, Alford has held senior leadership positions in human resources and holds certifications in public management. Active in professional organizations like the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, she is dedicated to continuing education and professional development within the industry.

The Arkansas Realtors Association, with over 11,000 members across the state, provides support and resources for residential and commercial real estate professionals through education, communication, technology, legal information, and other services. Alford’s appointment as CEO is seen as a step towards further strengthening the association’s mission to serve as the “voice of real estate” in Arkansas.
