Athletics at the University of Mississippi – Ole Miss


Lauren Jacobs, a signee for the Ole Miss women’s basketball team, has been nominated as a 2025 McDonald’s Girls East nominee, marking her as one of the top high school players in the country. She would be the second Rebel in program history to become a McDonald’s All-American if selected. Jacobs, recruited by head coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin, is a standout from South Carolina, averaging 25.7 points per game in her senior season.
