Bennett CRE and several others unite with the Northwest Arkansas Council


Rogers-based Bennett Commercial Real Estate has recently joined the Northwest Arkansas Council as one of three new members announced at the council’s annual meeting. The council, which has about 100 members, focuses on regional priorities such as infrastructure, workforce development, and economic development.

The company aims to contribute its commercial real estate expertise to help shape the region’s future and work with area leaders to support growth. Clinton Bennett, founder of Bennett Commercial Real Estate, expressed excitement about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community through collaboration with council members.

Nelson Peacock, president and CEO of the Northwest Arkansas Council, welcomed Bennett Commercial Real Estate as a new member and emphasized the company’s expertise in commercial real estate as an asset in enhancing the region’s quality of life and driving sustainable growth.

The council recently released its Vision 2030 plan, which includes goals for improving health care infrastructure. Bennett Commercial Real Estate, with its focus on medical office leasing, sees this as an opportunity for further collaboration in the health care sector to benefit the population of Northwest Arkansas.

The plan outlines nearly $2 billion in ongoing and planned investments in health care infrastructure from 2018 to 2030, with goals including increasing regional specialty care and strengthening research partnerships. Bennett Commercial Real Estate, with a team of seven staff members specializing in health care, is optimistic about the region’s potential as a health care destination and is excited to be part of the community’s continued growth.
