Roads, bridges, and overpasses are expected to become slick and hazardous, with power outages and tree damage likely. Travel may be nearly impossible, with freezing drizzle and black ice presenting additional dangers. An arctic blast will follow, bringing wind chill values into the single digits or below zero.
