A two-month-old baby who had been missing since Thursday was found on his mother’s doorstep in Grenada, Mississippi. The baby, A’Marion Nason, was left in a plastic box wrapped in a red blanket with a makeshift diaper made out of a Ziploc bag. The alleged kidnapper, Anthony Mitchell, is still on the run and is facing multiple charges, including domestic violence.
The Grenada County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the infant was returned home safely early Saturday morning. Residents in the community were relieved to hear that the baby was found unharmed, but are still concerned about Mitchell’s whereabouts.
