The Rebels have had a successful season so far with a standout campaign from junior outside hitter Nia Washington, who has recorded a career-high 32 kills in a recent match. Setter Mokihana Tufono has also been a key player for the team, ranking third in the SEC in assists per set.
The Rebels have shown strength in their service game, with a 15-2 record in matches where they have more service aces than their opponents. They are also known for their defensive prowess, with libero Cammy Niesen currently standing at 1,295 career digs.
In terms of series history, the Rebels have had recent success against both Missouri and Alabama, with wins in five of the last six meetings against Missouri, and five consecutive wins against Alabama.
The Rebels are also benefiting from rising star Nia Washington, whose breakout season has helped propel the team to new heights. They are focusing on their service game and have seen improvements in this area under head coach Bre Henry.
Several players are poised to set records in various categories for the Rebels, including Sasha Ratliff and Payton Brgoch who are set to end their careers ranking at the top of the all-time blocks list. With numerous players making significant contributions and the team’s strong performance, the Rebels are looking to finish the season on a high note.
