A class action lawsuit has been filed against WM Technology, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired WM Technology securities between May 25, 2021, and September 24, 2024. The lawsuit alleges that WM Technology’s monthly average user metrics (MAUs) were inflated and that defendants made false and misleading statements about the company’s business and operations. Investors have until December 16, 2024, to apply to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.
