Both candidates avoided directly answering whether they would support a pre-emptive US strike on Iran, instead focusing on supporting Israel and presenting themselves as allies of the country.
Overall, the debate showcased the differing approaches and views of the two candidates on various social, political, and international issues, with Vance leaning towards divisive rhetoric and blame towards immigrants, while Walz advocated for a more inclusive and rights-based approach.
