The Winona Garden Club will host a dinner event with guest speaker Robert Ballard, owner of Camp Creek Native Plants, LLC, on August 1 at 6 p.m. The event will take place at First Baptist Church in Winona. Robert is known for his expertise in landscape design, plant propagation, horticulture crop programming, and integrated pest management, with a focus on native plants. The evening will feature dinner, door prizes, a silent auction, and entertainment, with a variety of items up for grabs. Tickets for the event are $35 each and must be purchased in advance by contacting a Winona Garden Club member or emailing winonagardenclub@gmail.com. Tickets will not be available at the door on the night of the event. Attendees are encouraged to invite friends and family to join for a night of education and entertainment in support of environmental sustainability.
